To see,

I notice the fog,

a covering of clarity.

I open my mouth,

to sing,

and the fog churns and dances

a play of graceful forms.

I open my eyes,

to see,

and the clouds start to dissipate,

leaving sparkles of stars in their stead.

I open my heart,

to know,

and the stars are all swallowed

by the infinite vastness of space.

I open my mind,

and I am that infinite vastness,

to be free,

to know,

to see.
